Public relationship statement
Judaism, Reasoned is an independent English-language educational library. No official affiliation with the original publisher is implied. Source-derived material is published only under documented authorization.
What the source inventory establishes
As of 26 August 2026, public WordPress metadata exposes 1,761 published posts. That is a technical inventory count—not a count of content cleared for translation. Category, tag, video, book, and Q&A counts overlap and cannot be added together.
The public inventory was reconciled using the site’s WordPress REST posts endpoint, sitemap index, and robots file. Crawl permission and public accessibility do not grant permission to translate, adapt, republish, or monetize content.
What authorization must cover
- Translation and adaptation rights.
- Public web and commercial-use rights.
- Territory, duration, attribution, update, and revocation terms.
- Which articles are original to the publisher and which contain third-party work.
- Separate rights for photographs, stock media, PDFs, books, embeds, and syndicated material.
- Whether any language of partnership or affiliation is authorized.
Publication gate
An imported translation can become public only when all of the following are true:
- An item-level rights resolution is Approved and currently effective.
- The grant permits translation and public web publication.
- The exact revision is at Ready for Publication.
- Terminology, citations, links, accessibility, source attribution, credits, SEO, and both illustration crops have passed review.
- Every Hebrew quotation is accompanied by an English translation.
Machine translation may create a private draft. It can never publish itself or bypass a human translation review, theological terminology review, citation check, and final editorial review.
Demonstration content
The current demonstration entries are original site-authored scaffold copy. They do not reproduce or translate source-site prose and are marked as demonstrations in their public metadata and editorial records.
